Shipments from December 30 starting at 12:00 until January 8 will be processed in the order received on January 9.

1. Purpose and scope of application

These conditions regulate the use of the website vinbouquetnerthus.com and the purchase and sale of products offered through it. Placing an order implies the user's express acceptance of these conditions.

2. Availability and shipping of products

Orders are processed during business hours. In case of temporary closure (for example, due to inventory), it will be indicated on the website. Orders placed during that period will be shipped as soon as activity resumes, following the order of receipt.

3. Purchase process

The user must follow the online purchase process, selecting the desired products, adding them to the cart, and completing the order form. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent.

4. Prices and validity

Prices include VAT and are expressed in euros. Any typographical or pricing error will allow the owner to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. Offers will be valid while displayed on the website, unless out of stock.

5. Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs will be indicated before completing the purchase. Delivery time will depend on the destination and product availability. The customer must check the package condition upon receipt and report any issues.

6. Payment methods

Payment methods indicated on the website at the time of purchase are accepted (for example: credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is made through secure and encrypted platforms.

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without any justification. To exercise this right, they must notify by email to ecommerce@fimex.es. Products must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and unused. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Legal warranty

Products have a legal warranty of two years against manufacturing defects, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, handling, or normal wear and tear.

10. Conflict resolution

In case of dispute, the consumer may go to the competent courts according to Spanish law, or to European alternative dispute resolution platforms available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Personal data protection

Personal data collected will be processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by written request to ecommerce@fimex.es.

12. Website use and intellectual property

All content on the website, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, and design, are the property of Find It Import & Export S.L. or authorized third parties, and are protected by intellectual property rights. Total or partial reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

13. Current promotions

For purchases over €15, the customer will receive a foldable shopping bag as a gift, except for orders including only ham holders or cider pourers.
For purchases over €35, the customer will receive a glass bottle as a gift, except for orders including only ham holders or cider pourers.
When purchasing ham holders, a ham knife will be given as a gift.

The cider pourers are expressly excluded from the above promotions.

14. Modification of conditions

MARKETPLACE HOUSEWARE SL reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those published at the time of purchase.
