The Nerthus FIH 1582 Pressure Cooker with a 6-liter capacity is designed to cook quickly, safely, and healthily, preserving the maximum nutrients and flavors of the food.
It features 2 adjustable pressure levels:

50 kPa (slow cooking) for vegetables, fish, and delicate recipes.

90 kPa (fast cooking) for meats, legumes, and hearty stews.
Its Full Induction base guarantees compatibility with all types of cooktops: induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen. The secure locking system with valve and the special seal made in Japan ensure reliable operation and greater durability.
Made of high-quality stainless steel, free of lead, cadmium, and PFOA. Certified according to European food contact regulations and pressure equipment directive.
